My name is Laura, and I used to doubt my decisions and doubt myself.
For most of my life, I chose safety and comfort. I was getting out of my comfort zone only when I knew it was safe... I had to have complete control over my everyday life! Uncertainty was scary.
I made many decisions that kept me in the same skewed relationships, decisions that brought about the same frustrating results... I was repeating the same mistakes but in different settings and at different ages.
Unconsciously, I was choosing and settling for self-doubt, self-sabotage, mind-numbing comfort, lack of confidence and fear of standing up for myself.
Do I now make only fantastic, life-altering decisions? NO!
I still drink two big cups of cacao with milk even if I work on losing some weight, and sometimes I pick all the wrong fights with my partner... 😅
I don't have it all figured out, but I have it figured out enough to feel how my life has improved, how the past stays in the past, and my confidence in myself is at an all-time high.
I am a certified life coach in the Netherlands, and I built this course upon a solid foundation of my own experience, lessons I have learned from sessions with my clients, reading books and attending classes.
